Indians (individuals) are eligible for tax deduction under section 80G of the Indian Income Tax Act, 1961.
Donations of any amount can be used to create/purchase resources, from laminating flash cards to buying projectors.
$50 USD ($65 AUD) for school supplies for ten (10) children for a whole year
$30 USD ($40 AUD) for a set of three (3) cupboards
$190 USD ($250 AUD) for one (1) heavy-duty, metal bunk bed with a ladder
$10 USD ($15 AUD) for a complete uniform for one (1) student
$15 USD ($20 AUD) for one (1) table and one (1) chair
$75 USD ($100 AUD) for good-quality jeans for ten (10) children
$50 USD ($65 AUD) for school shoes for ten (10) children
$20 USD ($25 AUD) for seeds and fertilizer for ten (10) kitchen gardens
Donations of any amount can be used to purchase new sports equipment, from tennis balls to playground equipment.
$750 USD ($1000 AUD) for a cow to supply milk for our VEDIKE children (surplus milk will be sold to generate a sustainable income)
$11,500 USD ($15,000 AUD) for a new dormitory/classroom (foundations, walls, roof, plastering, painting, plumbing and electricity)
